About the Role
Entry-level Assembly Technician. You will learn firearms assembly procedures through our structured training program. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble firearm sub-components following work instructions
• Perform visual inspections during assembly
• Use hand tools and fixtures as directed
• Maintain assembly area per 5S standards
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Follow all firearms safety protocols
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required. Firearms knowledge preferred.
