Delete Your Canik Account

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Canik app on iOS or Android.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete Permanently.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted within 7 days.

How to delete your account by email

Email support@canik.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete My Account.” We will confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone)
• Saved shipping and billing addresses
• Warranty registrations
• Support ticket conversations and attachments
• Wishlist, saved products, and search history
• Push notification tokens and device IDs
• Loyalty (Canik Rewards) point balance

What is retained

• Order and invoice records are retained for 7 years to comply with U.S. federal and state tax requirements and Canik’s product-liability obligations.
• Firearm warranty serial-number records tied to a registered owner are retained for the lifetime of the firearm to support warranty service for current and future owners.
• Retained data is restricted to the minimum required by law and is not used for marketing.
