CANiK Superior Optics Guarantee

CANiK Optics warrants that your new CANiK Optic is free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your product fails to function during normal and intended use, CANiK Optics will, at its discretion, either repair the product or replace it with a CANiK Optics product of similar type, function, and equal or greater value, as long as comparable products are available and supported by CANiK

This CANiK Optics Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the metal housing and optical (glass) system of your CANiK Optic product for the lifetime of the product under normal, personal use. Your CANiK Optic product’s electrical components including the illumination system (LED) and emitters are covered by a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty excludes coverage for cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, worn finish that do not affect the product's function, finish modification, embellishments or alterations, permanent modifications, improper use, improper maintenance, improper installation, accident, misuse, negligence, operator error, host weapon error, unauthorized modifications (including mechanical, optical, or electronic), unauthorized service, intentional abuse, damage caused by environmental factors or natural disasters (including but not limited to floods, fires, earthquakes, or severe weather events), or if the product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed or used not in accordance with the product instruction.

CANiK Optics models for professional use are specified in the product information. Professional use of commercial models will void this warranty policy. This includes use of the product by individuals employed by a private entity or government entity for law enforcement or security purposes.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, CANiK, and its employees, agents, distributors and partners do not make, and are not entitled or authorized to make, any warranty of any kind, express or implied with respect to CANiK Optics, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only limited warranty provided is from CANiK, pursuant to terms and limitations stated herein. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as an implied or express warranty by CANiK beyond the terms above.

CANiK DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW.
